I studied real estate at the Institute of Florida Real Estate Careers, Inc (IFREC) and passed my examination in March 1998.

For a year I worked as a salesperson with the office of Broker Ronald P. Bressan who specialized in representing buyers purchasing homes in short term rental communities around Disney.

A year later I continued my studies at IFREC and passed my brokers exam in May 1999.

I became a member of the Osceola County Association Of Realtors (OSCAR) and later the Sarasota Association of Realtors (SAR).

From 1999 to 2008 I represented both buyers and sellers of vacation homes near Disney and on Florida’s west coast.

In addition to my real estate office during this period I also ran Eden Vacation Homes, Inc and Eden Vacation Rentals Inc., companies that specialized in property management and short term rentals.

In 2008 I sold these companies and moved to Nashville, TN.

I became licensed in Tennessee as a broker associate and worked for Fredrick and Clark on Music Row and subsequently Keller Williams in Brentwood, TN.

After 2 years in the Nashville area I decided to retire my license and return to focus on music production where my career had first started in England in the 70’s

In 2021  I  returned to real estate in Idaho. I passed my examination in August 2021 and joined the growing cloud based brokerage of EXP Realty.

Fast forward to October  2022 and I have returned to Florida and become licensed as a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate with my license being placed with eXp Realty.

I have returned full circle to where my real estate career began near Disney, Florida
